  • Running feasibility studies and business cases, selecting the right delivery approach (Agile, hybrid or classic).
  • Orchestrating third-party partners and distributed teams via tools such as MS Project, Jira or Asana.
  • Managing risks, issues, change requests and post-implementation reviews to lock in continuous improvement.
