Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage transformation projects, focusing on order to cash processes (meter to cash) using systems like D365 and Salesforce.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of project milestones within large-scale programmes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management.
- Drive process improvements and optimisation in the Order to Cash cycle.
