Summary: The Transformation Programme Lead will spearhead a significant global media supply chain initiative for a leading entertainment and content production company. This role involves overseeing the integration of technology, operations, and vendor management to ensure cohesive and scalable delivery. The position requires strong leadership during a critical phase of transformation, focusing on operational readiness and automation. The successful candidate will drive end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives while managing third-party vendors and ensuring data integrity across systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own cross-stream delivery across platform, integration, and operations.
- Establish and maintain programme governance (RAID, dependencies, milestones).
- Provide clear visibility of risks, issues, and delivery progress.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives across systems and processes.
- Ensure technical delivery aligns with operational readiness.
- Lead programme progression from migration to stable, scalable operations.
- Manage third-party vendors, performance, and roadmap alignment.
- Align commercial decisions with delivery sequencing and readiness.
- Oversee integration readiness and cross-system orchestration.
- Ensure metadata consistency and data flow integrity.
- Monitor capacity, support demand, and service performance.
- Reduce reliance on manual processes through automation.

We’re working with a global leader in entertainment and content production, hiring a Transformation Project Lead to drive a high-impact, global media supply chain programme spanning platform delivery, integrations, and operational transformation. This is not a traditional programme role. You’ll sit at the centre of a complex ecosystem, ensuring delivery is cohesive, scalable, and aligned across technology, operations, and vendors.
The Opportunity
You’ll take ownership of a large-scale transformation covering:
- Media Asset Management (MAM) platform implementation
- Global media supply chain integration
- Metadata alignment and governance
- Operational service transition
- Automation and AI enablement
The programme is moving from migration into stabilisation and optimisation, making this a critical phase where strong leadership and governance are essential.
What You’ll Be Doing
Programme Leadership & Governance

- Ensure metadata consistency and data flow integrity
- Identify and address scalability and automation gaps
Operational Readiness & Service Stability
