Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the strategic interface between leadership, the Transformation Office, and external consulting partners.
- Ensure successful design and integration of a future-fit operating model.
- Align various workstreams and stakeholders to enhance business performance.
- Pre-empt requirements and drive coherent design decisions.
- Embed governance to shape and sequence a fit-for-purpose organization.
Key Skills:
- Experience in a Transformation Programme Manager, Transformation Consultant or similar role.
- Proven experience in programme or workstream management within large-scale transformation environments.
- Experience working alongside external consultancies or in consulting roles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional workstreams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Expertise in operating model design and implementation.
- Ability to translate abstract strategy into tangible design activities and outcomes.
- Experience facilitating complex workshops or design sessions across varied stakeholder groups.
- Risk management and delivery tracking capability.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and storytelling skills.
- Structured thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable managing ambiguity and working within evolving programme environments.

We require a Transformation Programme Manager to join a leading global business service provider specialising in modular space and portable accommodation and storage solutions, serving a diverse customer base. The group operate in multiple countries through Strategic Business Units (SBUs).

The Transformation Programme Manager Operating Model will act as the strategic interface between the company s leadership, the Transformation Office, and external consulting partners to ensure the successful design and integration of a future-fit operating model. The role will play a pivotal part in aligning the various workstreams and stakeholders, ensuring the business becomes an intelligent customer and owner of its future state.
