Summary: The Transformation Programme Manager will play a crucial role in the Transformation team, overseeing various transformation workstreams and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. This position requires strong communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to govern a broader programme of work while engaging in specific projects. The role emphasizes the importance of equity, diversity, and inclusion within the organization. The successful candidate will be expected to manage complex programmes and foster effective relationships to drive performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the programme of activity and collaborate with the transformation team and stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and interdependencies within transformation workstreams.
  • Establish best practices and share learnings across the programme.
  • Coordinate and manage effective stakeholder relationships to achieve clear goals.
  • Support workstream leads in delivering co-design elements with local Citizens Advice and stakeholders.
  • Monitor success against set roadmaps and planning.
  • Drive outstanding performance through coaching and motivating project staff.

Key Skills:

  • Significant experience as a programme manager with relevant methodologies (e.g., PMP, Prince II, Agile).
  • Proven experience managing multiple complex programmes concurrently.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and planning skills.
  • Ability to govern programmes effectively and establish best practices.

Salary (Rate): £58,570
