Summary: The Transformation Programme Manager will play a crucial role in the Transformation team, overseeing various transformation workstreams and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. This position requires strong communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to govern a broader programme of work while engaging in specific projects. The role is designed for an experienced programme manager who can navigate complex challenges and drive performance through effective team leadership. The position offers a flexible working arrangement, blending office and home work in England and Wales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the programme of transformation activities and ensure successful delivery of workstreams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify risks and interdependencies.
- Manage multiple complex programmes concurrently from inception to completion.
- Coordinate and manage effective stakeholder relationships to achieve clear goals.
- Support workstream leads in co-design elements with local Citizens Advice and stakeholders.
- Establish best practices and share learnings within the programme.
Key Skills:
- Significant experience as a programme manager with relevant methodologies (e.g., PMP, Prince II, Agile).
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex programmes effectively.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and planning skills.
- Experience in coaching and motivating project staff members.
