Summary: The Transformation Programme Manager will play a crucial role in the Transformation team, overseeing various transformation workstreams and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the programme of transformation activities and ensure successful delivery of workstreams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify risks and interdependencies.
• Manage multiple complex programmes concurrently from inception to completion.
• Coordinate and manage effective stakeholder relationships to achieve clear goals.
• Support workstream leads in co-design elements with local Citizens Advice and stakeholders.
• Establish best practices and share learnings within the programme.
