Summary: The Transformation Programme Business Analyst at HSBC plays a crucial role in a global transformation initiative aimed at enhancing talent acquisition processes. This position involves designing and optimizing recruitment CRM systems, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring effective talent pipelining. The analyst will leverage technologies like Eightfold.ai to improve user adoption and operational efficiency within the recruitment framework. This is a 6-month hybrid contract role based in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with key stakeholders to identify business requirements and support the end-to-end process design from scenario and flow mapping through to prototyping, testing, and training.
  • Design and optimise recruitment CRM processes, ensuring they align with business needs and global best practices.
  • Leverage expertise in Eightfold.ai and/or Avature CRM to drive system effectiveness and user adoption.
  • Collaborate with executive search and talent pipelining teams to build CRM solutions that enable long-term talent engagement.
  • Support the deployment and continuous improvement of recruitment systems, working with technology and operational teams.
  • Develop process documentation, including SOPs, to ensure clarity and consistency across global teams.
  • Work as part of the transformation design team, influencing process improvements and technology enhancements.

Key Skills:

  • Extensive experience in recruitment/talent acquisition operations, ideally within a large or global organisation.
  • Strong expertise in Eightfold.ai CRM and/or Avature CRM.
  • Process design experience with confidence in designing and implementing recruitment workflows.
  • Understanding of executive search and talent pipelining.
  • Experience in system deployment, user adoption strategies, process improvement, and documentation (SOPs).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Business analysis, process, and experience design skills across the lifecycle of technology implementation.
  • Understanding of agile and design thinking methodologies.
  • Ability to translate functional requirements into technical details and documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality documentation and design.
  • Motivated self-starter with a curiosity for finding better solutions.
