Key Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise-wide data & analytics transformation programmes
- Own end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams
- Drive change management, stakeholder alignment, and adoption
- Partner with data engineering, analytics, BI, and cloud teams
- Manage scope, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting
Key Skills:
- 11–15+ years in transformation / programme / project management
- Strong background in data, analytics, or data-led transformation
- Experience with data platforms (data lakes, warehouses, BI tools)
- Familiarity with Agile / SAFe / hybrid delivery models
- Excellent senior stakeholder engagement skills
- Enterprise or consulting background (nice to have)
- Exposure to large industry transformation programmes (Telecom a plus)
- Change management or Lean / Six Sigma experience (nice to have)
