Summary: The Transformation Office Analyst will serve as the primary finance super-user for a transformation programme within a private equity portfolio company. This role involves leading system configuration, producing management reports, and providing training and support to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in finance analysis and management consultancy, particularly within transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead system configuration, maintain transformation platform, and train stakeholders
- Produce management reports and board-ready presentations with actionable insights
- Configure transformation tools, define user roles, validate data integrity
- Act as go-to expert for system queries and issue resolution
- Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing user coaching
- Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions
- Compile financial summaries and presentations for Board/SteerCo meetings

The Role

- Produce management reports and board-ready presentations with actionable insights
What You'll Do
- System Setup: Configure transformation tools, define user roles, validate data integrity
- Super-User Leadership: Act as go-to expert for system queries and issue resolution
- Training & Support: Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing user coaching
- Reporting & Analysis: Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions
- Executive Reporting: Compile financial summaries and presentations for Board/SteerCo meetings
