Summary: We're seeking a highly experienced Technology-led KYC Transformation Lead to oversee the comprehensive transformation of the Know Your Customer (KYC) and Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) ecosystem. This role focuses on strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing automation, digitisation, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across various processes. The position requires collaboration with technology teams and senior stakeholders to drive significant improvements in KYC operations. The contract is set to run until 31/12/2026, with a hybrid working arrangement in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end KYC/CLM transformation roadmap, including target operating model design and global execution
  • Drive technology-enabled transformation using AI/ML, RPA, and workflow platforms to improve automation and scalability
  • Partner with Technology teams to deliver next-generation KYC platforms integrated with core systems and screening tools
  • Provide KYC/AML domain expertise, ensuring regulatory alignment and risk-based decisioning
  • Manage senior stakeholders across Compliance, Operations, Technology, and external vendors
  • Drive process, data, and performance optimisation, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, and client experience

Key Skills:

  • 10 years of experience in KYC/AML, Financial Crime, or CLM transformation within banking or consulting
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale, technology-driven transformation programs
  • Strong knowledge of KYC lifecycle, CDD/EDD, and global regulatory frameworks
  • Experience with KYC/CLM platforms (e.g., Fenergo, Pega, Appian) and automation tools (RPA, AI/ML)
  • Solid understanding of data architecture, system integration, and cloud-based solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills in global environments
