Role Overview Blupace Tech is hiring a Technology Transformation Consultant to work alongside service delivery and solutioning teams, driving technology transformation initiatives for a major enterprise client. The role is focused on planning, designing, and implementing scalable transformation strategies with measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with service delivery and architecture teams to define the technology transformation roadmap.
• Assess current-state environments and identify modernization opportunities.
• Drive change management (OCM/BCM) to ensure adoption, continuity, and ROI realization.
• Lead transformation programs across cloud, automation, and workplace modernization domains.
• Define KPIs and success metrics for measurable outcomes and long-term scalability.
• Support solutioning teams with design inputs, feasibility analysis, and implementation governance.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in IT transformation, consulting, or architecture roles.
• Proven experience in large-scale IT modernization or digital transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of OCM (Organizational Change Management) and BCM (Business Continuity Management).
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, analytical, and documentation skills.
