Summary: The Transformation Consultant role at Healix Group is a critical position focused on driving and supporting organizational change through a large-scale transformation program. This office-based role involves collaborating with stakeholders to scope, plan, design, test, and implement transformation projects that align with strategic goals. The consultant will leverage analytical skills and decision-making processes to ensure effective delivery and embedding of transformation initiatives within the organization. This position is offered on a 6-month fixed-term contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end, cross-functional transformation projects concurrently, delivering measurable outcomes aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to drive projects through the best practice lifecycle.
- Develop and manage project plans including timelines, resources, and milestones, providing regular status updates.
- Conduct thorough analysis of current state processes, structures, systems, and capabilities to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Organise and facilitate workshops with cross-functional SMEs to gather input and drive alignment on system and process changes.
- Apply analytical techniques to interpret data and support informed decision-making.
- Develop and deliver clear, data-driven presentations showcasing analytical insights and strategic recommendations.
- Coordinate and oversee comprehensive testing of project solutions to ensure they meet original objectives.
- Monitor and report on project progress, benefits realization, and risks, providing insights and recommendations.
- Ensure adherence to operational governance standards and decision-making frameworks.
- Lead change management activities to support stakeholder engagement and successful adoption of transformative ways of working.

We have an exciting opening for a Transformation Consultant, based in our Esher offices, on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract basis. The Transformation Consultant plays a critical role in driving and supporting organisational change in the delivery of a large-scale transformation programme, aimed at improving business scalability, efficiency, and agility. The purpose of this role is to partner with stakeholders to scope, plan, design, test and implement transformation projects that align with the organisation’s strategic goals. The consultant will provide expert guidance, analytical skills, leverage decision-making processes and ensure that transformation projects are effectively delivered and embedded within the organisation.
Requirements
Consultative skills: Demonstrates proactive, structured, organised thinking with the flexibility to adapt to changing needs. Strategic thinker, solution driven who can influence and shape stakeholder direction. Experience translating business needs into process or system requirements.
Analytical & Problem-solving Skills Proven ability to analyse complex business problems and develop clear, concise and actionable solutions to support executive-level decision-making. Skilled in applying analytical techniques such as framework development, process mapping, SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) analysis and mind mapping.
Project & Change Management Skills Proven experience delivering end-to-end business transformation projects within complex organisations and under tight deadlines. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects concurrently and effectively handle competing priorities. Familiarity with change management principles, methodologies and tools, operating in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
Communication & Presentation Skills Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities, with a proven capacity to influence and engage effectively at all levels, including senior executives.

About The Role

- Develop and deliver clear, data-driven presentations that showcase analytical insights and strategic recommendations to senior executives.
- Coordinate and oversee comprehensive testing of project solutions to ensure they are robust, fit for purpose, meet the original objectives, including standards for quality, efficiency and scalability.
- Monitor and report on project progress, benefits realisation and risks, providing insights and recommendations to steer successful delivery.
- Ensure adherence to operational governance standards and decision-making frameworks.
