Summary: Hays is seeking a Transformation Analyst/Finance Modeller for a leading telco in London to support restructuring initiatives. The role involves developing financial models and providing insights on costs and budget performance. The contract is initially set to run until December 2025, with a hybrid working arrangement. Key Responsibilities:
- Support HR, finance, and workforce transformation teams in financial modelling for restructuring initiatives.
- Provide detailed analysis on restructuring costs, FTE management, and budget performance.
- Manage relationships with People and Finance Partnering teams for effective communication.
- Prepare and deliver presentations using storytelling techniques to convey financial insights.
Key Skills:
- Experience in financial modelling, particularly from an HR/headcount perspective.
- Proficiency in Anaplan or similar financial tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to provide insights on financial data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Salary (Rate): £525/day

With the initial contract running through to the end of December 25, if you're an accomplished project/financial analyst with experience in financial modelling from a HR/headcount perspective, then we want to hear from you!
Length: Until December 25 + potential to extend
Working Arrangements: Hybrid (3 days in office)
Location: London
Rate: £475 - £525/day inside via Umbrella

Your new role and what you'll need to succeed
As the Transformation Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting the HR, finance, and workforce transformation teams in developing and maintaining financial models to support ongoing restructuring initiatives and budget planning. Working closely with the finance team in Anaplan, you'll assess costs and plan what divisions require restructuring alongside the following:
- Provide detailed analysis and insights on restructuring costs, FTE management and budget performance
- Manage relationships with People and Finance Partnering teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Prepares and delivers compelling presentations, using storytelling techniques to convey complex financial insights
- Experience in Anaplan will be very highly regarded. However, similar tools will also be considered.
