Transaction Specialist

Summary: The Transactions Specialist role involves providing expertise in private markets investment operations and legal documentation for a bank in the asset management industry. The position requires executing and coordinating transactions across various sectors, including Private Equity and Real Estate, while ensuring compliance with internal standards. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and manage transaction documentation. This is a 6-month contract with the potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute various types of fund transactions on behalf of the client entities, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Coordinate professionally with internal stakeholders (Investment and Legal teams) and external partners.
• Prepare and manage transaction documentation including subscription forms, transfer agreements, and other legal papers.
• Manage KYC document compilation and submission, ensuring timely onboarding of entities.
• Handle ad-hoc legal and operational queries and participate in internal projects aimed at process improvement.

Key Skills:

• Prior experience in financial services, ideally within asset management and with a focus on private markets transactions.
• Fluent knowledge of English; German knowledge is a plus.
