2-3 years of Sales Enablement experience.Supporting the outsource sales team with processes, onboarding, off boarding. Experience with sales enablement / sales training is ideal.Needs to be good with data analytics - someone who can read and generate data. Needs to understand sales methodology, ensure compliancy when on calls etc. Might need to facilitate sessions with leaders and quality analysts. Observing the outsource team, delivering sessions, scoring how they facilitate sessions.Documentation, creating playbooks etc. New hire training / onboarding, how they train to do the job successfully.
