Summary: The Training Manager & Delivery Consultant role focuses on leading the training design and delivery for a major banking organization's Payments Transformation program. The position requires the successful candidate to create and maintain a detailed training plan while managing the training stream and developing training materials. This role is primarily remote with occasional onsite requirements. The contract is facilitated through an umbrella company and is set to last until the end of November.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain a detailed training plan.
  • Oversee the execution of training delivery solutions and materials.
  • Lead training workstreams on transformation projects within Financial Services, particularly in payments.
  • Influence and challenge senior stakeholders effectively.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis and design and deliver TNA.
  • Utilize training technology solutions.
  • Communicate effectively, both written and verbal.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in creating and delivering training and learning strategies.
  • Experience leading training workstreams in transformation projects within Financial Services.
  • Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with training technology solutions.
  • Experience in Training Needs Analysis and TNA design and delivery.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
