Summary: The role of Training/Learning Project Manager involves leading the development and delivery of digital and technical learning programs within the UK government context. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and delivery of digital/technical learning programmes.
  • Collaborate with learning providers to design and implement effective learning solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals.
  • Navigate complex environments and manage tight deadlines with confidence and efficiency.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Learning Project Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience working within/across the UK government.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in delivering learning programmes around Machine Learning/AI would be a plus, but not essential.
