Summary: The Training Lead for the Salesforce Global Partnerships programme at ITV is responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive training plan to support a significant transformation initiative. This role involves creating engaging training materials, coordinating training sessions, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. The position is hybrid, requiring in-office presence two days a week, and is offered on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing Salesforce training and change management practices within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of the training plan, focusing on timelines, audiences, and specific training methods.
  • Take ownership of training development, coordinating with stakeholders across the programme.
  • Develop innovative and engaging training materials in multiple formats to meet diverse learning needs.
  • Oversee the set-up and coordination of training sessions, capturing feedback and identifying improvements.
  • Deliver training sessions to trainers.
  • Support ongoing development of ITV change methodologies and materials to build change capability.

Key Skills:

  • Experience designing and delivering Salesforce training.
  • Experience in delivering training activities for a transformation programme.
  • Maturity of skills and breadth of experience in training and change management principles, methodology, and tools.
  • Experience in working closely with and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to present to and engage teams at all levels.
  • Strong consultative, relationship management, networking, and influencing skills.

Salary (Rate): £70,000
