Job Purpose / Overview
As a Training Instructor, you’ll be part of the Project Training Team, supporting the project Construction and Commissioning Operations organisation.
You’ll play a hands on role in developing, delivering and managing training that enables individuals and teams to thrive in a high environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and delivering engaging, accurate training materials using the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT)
- Running classroom based and simulated training sessions with confidence and clarity
- Managing training plans and schedules to meet evolving business needs
- Supporting the transition to operational readiness with robust training preparation
- Representing the NSA EPR Project Training Team at key meetings and stakeholder forums
- Working closely with subject matter experts, external providers and internal stakeholders to maintain quality and compliance
- Keeping clear, up to date records of training completion and progress
- Driving SMART actions and following them through to successful delivery
