Summary: The role of Training Design and Delivery Consultant involves working with a London-based client to facilitate the rollout of a new system within the insurance sector. The consultant will be responsible for creating training content and delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions to approximately 1500 employees, along with providing post-go-live support. Previous experience in training within the insurance industry is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:

- Travel to other locations within the UK as required.
Key Skills:

- Knowledge of London Markets is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in in-person classroom training delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Articulate Rise 360 and Whatfix is beneficial.

As part of a team you will help to build training content and deliver training within both in person classroom and virtual sessions to circa 1500 employees, and provide post go live support. Previous training experience within Insurance is essential in this role.
