We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Training Coordinator to support training compliance and competency activities within a fast-paced GMP manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has excellent attention to detail, and thrives in a regulated operational setting. You will coordinate and track training activities, maintain accurate compliance records, support onboarding for new starters, and assess employee competency to ensure operational and GMP standards are consistently met. Working closely with production teams and site leadership, you’ll play a key role in maintaining an audit-ready training environment. Previous experience within a GMP, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or regulated environment is preferred, along with strong organisational, communication, and administrative skills.
