Summary: The Training Coordinator (EHS) role involves managing and coordinating Health & Safety training bookings for clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery. This position requires collaboration with trainers and third-party suppliers while maintaining accurate records and client relationships. The role is based in Woodland Grange, Leamington Spa, with hybrid working arrangements after initial training. It is a full-time contract position covering maternity leave until October 25.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and manage bookings for EHS training requests from clients, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Coordinate with third-party training suppliers to source appropriate courses based on client requirements.
  • Liaise with trainers and associate trainers for travel, accommodation, and logistics arrangements.
  • Send calendar invitations via Outlook to confirm course bookings using the correct template.
  • Distribute joining instructions for confirmed courses in the appropriate format.
  • Book venues as needed, coordinating trainer and supplier availability with venue schedules.
  • Manage client relationships, addressing issues or discrepancies in training requests.
  • Meet service levels and KPIs, ensuring timely delivery of training and high-quality standards.
  • Accurately log all activities in a shared tracker using the agreed format.
  • Order print materials for trainers ahead of course delivery, ensuring accuracy of postal addresses.
  • Sense-check all calendar invites, purchase orders, and information in the SharePoint tracker.
  • Keep the team/Manager updated on any escalations or challenging bookings.

Key Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and TEAMS.
  • Proficient in multitasking and managing conflicting workloads.
  • Highly organized with adherence to established processes and procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to take ownership of bookings from start to finish.
  • Responsive to feedback and capable of applying constructive input.
