Summary: The Training and Communication Content Designer role is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in a hybrid setting in Bristol, UK. Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing e-learning and training content for both face-to-face and virtual trainer-led sessions.
  • Creating communication and resource content for email campaigns, websites, and internal knowledge systems using digital platforms and software.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders to understand operational changes, performance gaps, and partner requirements, translating these into clear, concise content.
  • Identifying opportunities where training, communications, and resources can enhance operational performance and user experience.
  • Writing and editing a variety of materials, including newsletters, emails, e-learning modules, trainer notes, slide decks, assessments, process maps, and knowledge management resources.
  • Designing and managing communication plans, campaigns, events, photoshoots, training, and video content to drive engagement.
  • Managing learning pathways within learning management systems and deploying content across digital platforms.
  • Collaborating with external suppliers to ensure effective, timely, and budget-conscious solutions.
  • Delivering structured train-the-trainer handovers to ensure consistency of learning delivery.
  • Gathering and analysing qualitative and quantitative feedback to measure impact and support continuous improvement.
