Key Responsibilities:
- Create and develop e-learning and training content for various delivery methods.
- Produce communication resources for email campaigns, websites, and internal systems.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather information and understand operational changes.
- Write and edit diverse content types including newsletters, training materials, and process maps.
- Manage communication plans, events, and video content to enhance engagement.
- Collaborate with external suppliers to deliver effective solutions on time and budget.
- Ensure effective handover of training materials to delivery teams.
