Summary: The Training and Change Manager will lead the organizational change and training workstream for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation project within a PE-backed services company. This role is crucial for facilitating a smooth transition from legacy systems to D365 by preparing end users through effective communication, change planning, and tailored training delivery. The successful candidate will develop and execute change management strategies and comprehensive training plans to ensure user readiness and adoption. Collaboration with stakeholders and project teams is essential to align training content with current D365 processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the change management strategy and plan aligned to the D365 implementation roadmap.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and manage stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Create and deliver a comprehensive training plan, ensuring all users receive role-based and system-specific training tailored to their needs.
  • Develop training materials including e-learning modules, user guides, quick reference cards, and process walkthroughs using tools such as ClickLearn, Visio, or similar.
  • Plan and manage training sessions (online and in-person), workshops, and hands-on learning labs across departments and regions.
  • Work closely with the project team, business process owners, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure training content is accurate and reflects current D365 processes.
  • Identify and manage change impacts across business units, focusing on people, processes, and systems.
  • Design and implement communication plans to keep stakeholders informed, engaged, and aligned throughout the project.
  • Define and measure success metrics, reporting on user readiness, adoption rates, and training effectiveness.
  • Support post-go-live transition and hypercare phase, providing on-the-ground support and capturing feedback for continuous improvement.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience delivering change and training for ERP implementations, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, CE, or Project Operations).
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g. ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter).
  • Experience designing and delivering training programmes in a multi-country or multi-entity organisation.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, communication, and user engagement.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickLearn, Visio, or other documentation and tracking tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work across functions, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing project needs.
  • Change Management certification (e.g. Prosci) or equivalent is desirable.
