We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team.Role Overview:As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at Optima Plus Recruitment, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and placing quality, reliable candidates. Your day-to-day activities will involve extensive phone communication, administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of recruitment processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background and a knack for organization to develop their career in recruitment.Key Responsibilities: Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to placement. Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and direct applications. Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the company s CRM system. Handle administrative duties, including scheduling interviews, sending out correspondence, and updating job postings. Work collaboratively with the recruitment team to meet targets and deadlines. Ideal Candidate: Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role would be advantageous. Skills: Strong telephone communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and attention to detail. Attributes: Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
