  • Contribute to maintaining a safe working environment and promoting good site practices.

The Role

As a Trainee Supervisor, you will support the delivery of highway improvement and maintenance schemes while developing your supervisory and technical knowledge. Working under the guidance of a an apprentice supervisor, you will assist in coordinating site activities to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards. This is a development role designed to provide practical experience in highways operations, traffic management, contractor coordination, and site documentation, with a clear progression pathway into a Supervisory position.
