Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve 2nd line technical issues, including network, server, Azure, and end-user problems.
  • Provide customer support both over the telephone and on-site.
  • Engage in on-the-job training and obtain industry-recognized certifications.
  • Work towards transitioning into a permanent Junior Service Desk Consultant role after the fixed term.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in a service desk or internal IT environment.
  • Relevant technical degree, qualification, or apprenticeship.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 Fundamentals or Microsoft Azure Fundamentals.
