Summary: The Traffic Manager Affiliation for the German market at BforBank is responsible for developing and managing the affiliate program in Germany, focusing on acquisition strategies and building relationships with affiliates. Key Responsibilities:
- Create acquisition strategies for the German market aligned with business objectives.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with affiliates.
- Negotiate with partners for effective valuation and remuneration of activations.
- Oversee daily program management, including investment tracking and remuneration negotiations.
- Continuously enhance the program by selecting relevant and high-performing publishers.
- Ensure timely updates of offers.
- Adopt a test & learn approach for ongoing program optimization.
- Conduct competitive program monitoring.
- Manage program performance reporting, including traffic, downloads, leads, and openings.
- Identify optimization and development opportunities.
- Create performance tracking reports.
- Propose necessary tools for effective program management.
- Establish and consolidate relationships with German publishers.
- Collaborate regularly with the French traffic manager and internal teams.
- Share best practices within the organization and the Crédit Agricole group.
- Identify new partners to support BforBank's growth.
- Collaborate on the French affiliate program as needed.
