We are currently seeking a Traffic Management Operative holding a valid NHSS 12D T1/M1 (Signing, Lighting & Guarding) qualification to support ongoing construction logistics and temporary traffic management works across Central London.

This is a consistent weekday work on organised urban projects.

The role will involve installation and removal of temporary traffic management measures in accordance with Chapter 8 and approved traffic consultant drawings. Typical works include installation of water-filled barriers, cones and signage, maintaining pedestrian and cyclist segregation, and supporting site logistics operations during delivery movements.

Applicants must hold a valid NHSS 12D T1/M1 qualification, have experience working on urban sites, be able to read and follow TM drawings, and be reliable and punctual. Our projects are primarily low-speed, urban environments rather than motorway or high-speed works. There is opportunity to progress to T2 or supervisory roles for the right candidate.
