Summary: The Trade Finance Analyst (Bills Operations) role involves managing and processing various trade finance instruments such as Import and Export Letters of Credit and Bank Guarantees. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare / Process the Import LC, Export LC, Back-to-Back LC and Bank Guarantee
  • Assist in processing trade transactions
  • Review and verify trade documents
  • Assign bill reference number to each transaction and record it in system
  • Maintain and manage documentation received over the counter/courier
  • Supporting bank strategy, proactively identifying, and managing areas of risk
  • Participate in system enhancement and conduct UAT
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders, regulators, vendors on process change and operational control

Key Skills:

  • Diploma/ Degree holder preferable, lower educational background will also be considered
  • 1-2 years of experience in trade finance or operations support
  • Good understanding and familiar with trade finance products and services
  • Attentive to details, strong interpersonal skill and problem solving skill
  • Proficient in English and Cantonese, Mandarin will be a plus
  • Good PC skills in MS Word and Excel
