Summary: The Trade Compliance Officer role involves advising on trade compliance to meet various regulatory requirements, including those of the UK, US, and Germany. The position is hybrid, requiring on-site presence three days a week in Crawley. Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve trade compliance documentation such as CECCs, End User Statements, DSP5s, and other supplier licenses.
  • Liaise with internal functions to ensure correct implementation of US export legislation, including guidance for Technology Control Plans and US export approvals.
  • Undertake appropriate checks for ITAR material from US suppliers and DSPs.
  • Advise key stakeholders on trade compliance requirements for exports.
