Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with internal teams, freight forwarders, and external suppliers
- Ensure adherence to export control regulations and internal compliance procedures
Key Skills:
- Experience in import/export, trade compliance, or logistics coordination
- Knowledge of customs processes, export documentation, and international shipping
- Understanding of Incoterms and cross-border shipments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a compliance-driven environment
- Experience within engineering, manufacturing, defence, or regulated industries is beneficial

I’m currently recruiting for a Trade Compliance / Export Coordinator to join BAE Systems on a 12-month contract based in Rochester. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a highly regulated, secure environment, supporting the movement of controlled goods and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
