Summary: The National TPI Manager at Ruby Energy is tasked with leading and expanding the Third Party Intermediary (TPI) channel across the UK, combining strategic leadership with hands-on business development. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach and develop the TPI Performance Manager team.
  • Set clear objectives, KPIs and development plans.
  • Drive a high-performance culture built around accountability and customer service.
  • Recruit, mentor and retain top talent within the TPI function.
  • Personally identify, prospect and secure new TPI partnerships.
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value strategic broker accounts.
  • Attend broker meetings, networking events and industry exhibitions.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and commission structures.
  • Represent Ruby Energy as the face of the broker channel.
  • Own the commercial performance of the TPI division.

  • Work with Pricing and Sales Leadership to develop competitive broker propositions.

The National TPI Manager is responsible for leading and growing Ruby Energy's Third Party Intermediary (TPI) channel across the UK. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on business development, taking ownership of broker acquisition, broker performance, commercial partnerships and revenue growth.

The successful candidate will lead a team of TPI Performance Managers whilst personally developing new broker relationships, securing strategic partnerships and managing key national accounts. They will act as the senior commercial representative for Ruby Energy within the broker market and play a key role in shaping future broker strategy, propositions and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities
