Role Description This is a Part time/full-time, on-site/remote role for a Town Planner. as a start The Town Planner will be responsible for Researching The potential of sites, preparing development proposals, analyzing planning and legal documentation. Advising on the preperation of the submissionn of planning application including the assciated Documents and reports. Liase with the LPA and could be liase with the clients. The role also involves advising on planning policies, conducting site appraisals, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
