TMO Coordinator/Test PMO - 12 months

We are seeking an organised and proactive TMO Coordinator to support a central Test Management Office. You will coordinate testing governance and reporting across multiple regional teams, ensuring projects provide accurate updates, complete the required documentation and remain on track for go-live.

This is primarily a coordination, governance and reporting role rather than a hands-on testing position.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main coordination point between the central TMO and regional project teams.
• Obtain and consolidate weekly updates covering progress, risks, dependencies and testing readiness.
• Track Test Needs Assessments, following up on outstanding actions and approvals.
• Maintain central repositories containing test plans, test strategies, sign-offs and supporting evidence.
• Organise and facilitate weekly governance, status and issue-triage calls.
• Proactively chase missing information and escalate delays or gaps.
• Produce consolidated reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
• Monitor go-live readiness against agreed TMO processes and standards.
• Ensure testing records are accurate, consistent and audit-ready.

What we are looking for

• Experience in a Test Management Office, PMO, programme coordination, test coordination or a similar governance role.
• A good understanding of testing lifecycles, UAT, governance and go-live readiness.
• Strong reporting, documentation and tracking skills.
• Experience coordinating activity across multiple projects, workstreams or regional teams.
• Confidence in chasing actions and challenging incomplete or inconsistent information.
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Experience producing reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Jira or similar.

This role would suit a TMO Coordinator, Test Coordinator, Test PMO Analyst, Test PMO Analyst, Test Governance Analyst, UAT Coordinator or Go-Live Coordinator who enjoys bringing structure, visibility and consistency to complex programmes.
