Key Responsibilities:

• Specify the missile factory pass out testing, working with manufacturing teams to optimize the factory test stages
• Support the integration of the factory Test Equipment (TE) with the unit under test, helping to diagnose and resolve any issues
• Support the project with the diagnosis and resolution of any test failures found during production
• Specify the missile built-in test functionality and place technical requirements on the equipment teams to achieve this
• Analyze the test coverage achieved from the tests, recommending areas for improvement and identifying any acceptable gaps
• Write the TE Technical Requirement Specification and Statement of Work for factory and in-service TE, considering the needs of various stakeholders
• Manage the delivery of the TE from the TE Centre of Excellence (CofEx), facilitating interactions between them and the wider project

Key Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in test and testability architecture, particularly within the defence sector
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in test equipment integration and diagnostics
• Excellent communication abilities
• Must be SC Cleared and a British National
