Key Responsibilities:

- Identify testing scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements aligned with project milestones.
- Lead and manage QA teams, ensuring effective execution of test cycles and deliverables.
- Establish test environment setup and test data management strategies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and vendors to ensure quality deliverables.
- Oversee defect management, reporting, and resolution tracking.
- Drive test automation strategy and adoption using tools like Selenium, Tosca, or GTF.
- Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and best practices.
- Provide regular status reports and quality metrics to stakeholders and leadership.
Key Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 5+ years in a Test Manager / QA Lead role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter and/or ClaimCenter implementation or upgrade projects.
- Deep understanding of insurance claims processes, including FNOL (First Notice of Loss), coverage verification, investigation & adjudication, payments, recoveries, and subrogation.
- Strong knowledge of insurance policy lifecycle processes, including policy administration, quoting & rating, underwriting, and renewals.
- Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail).
- Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Tosca, Guidewire Test Framework - GTF).
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
