Summary: The Test Manager for Transfer Agency/Fund Accounting will oversee testing processes for multi-jurisdiction onboarding for a major EMEA client. This role involves managing testing activities, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring compliance with testing requirements. The position requires strong governance documentation and defect management skills, along with a solid understanding of back office functions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage testing for Transfer Agency or Fund Accounting multi-jurisdiction onboarding.
  • Implement and build testing for non-standard/new processes.
  • Coordinate testing activities between Back Office/Vault, Front & Middle office, and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in meetings and manage file delivery and data content queries.
  • Organize and manage the testing tollgate requirements.
  • Plan and manage onboarding testing with platform teams.
  • Document and track the test plan.
  • Coordinate with internal and external resources regarding activities and queries.
  • Attend joint planning and testing calls, as well as internal workstream calls.
  • Manage defects and coordinate resolutions.
  • Prepare test plans aligned with the wider program plan and organize internal tollgate sign-offs.
  • Liaise with workstream leads, operational teams, and the Program manager.

Test Manager – Transfer Agency / Fund Accounting

Contract duration: 12 months

Location: London (4 days onsite)

Pay: £729.96/day (PAYE) or £875/day (Umbrella)

The focus of the role is to manage testing for the Transfer Agency or Fund Accounting multi Jurisdiction onboarding for a large EMEA client, working as part of the Client Onboarding team (2 roles)

Some Non-standard/New process implementations/build testing

Testing will involve informational interfaces Between Back Office/Vault (Snowflake), Front & Middle office, including external stakeholders

Participation in meetings and co-ordination of file delivery and data content queries

Managing the organisation’s testing tollgate requirements

Back Office Planning and Managing Onboarding testing with Platform teams

Working with internal Product (including Technical), Operational and Project Lead resources

Documenting and tracking test plan

Co-ordinating with internal & external resources re activity & queries

Data Vault Co-ordinating with the Vault team regarding file build & testing alignment with the requirements within the testing plan

General

Attend all joint planning and testing calls

Attend internal workstream calls

Defect management and co-ordination

Prepare test plan (Aligned to wider program plan) and organise any internal tollgate sign offs

Liaison with workstream leads, operational teams and Program manager
