Summary: The role of Test Manager/Test Lead involves designing and executing a comprehensive Test Strategy for a platform upgrade/migration program. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute a comprehensive Test Strategy and Approach for a platform upgrade/migration program.
- Manage test execution and ensure quality assurance throughout the testing process.
- Oversee 3rd party management and integration related to testing.
- Focus on manual testing with potential for automation as the program progresses.
- Handle data migration and mapping tasks.
Key Skills:
- Test Management/Test Lead experience.
- Experience in Test Strategy creation, design, and execution.
- Knowledge of Test Approach/Framework.
- Experience with 3rd party management/integration.
- Familiarity with platform migration/upgrades.
- Desirable experience in website/API Testing and Azure DevOps.
- ISEB/ISTQB certification is desirable.
- Exposure to financial services, insurance, banking, or life & pensions sector is desirable.
