Key Responsibilities
- Define and review Test Strategies and Test Completion Reports
- Provide test governance and quality assurance across multiple projects
- Monitor testing progress, quality metrics, risks, and issues
- Support and mentor Test Leads and QA Engineers
- Drive continuous improvement and best practice adoption
- Work closely with delivery teams and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes
- Contribute to resource planning, recruitment, and capability development
Required Experience
- Proven Test Manager or QA Lead experience
- Strong understanding of the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience delivering test governance across large, complex programmes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong risk and quality management experience
- Experience within data, analytics, or data warehouse environments is highly desirable.
