Summary: The role of Test Manager focuses on overseeing testing processes for a complex IT programme involving Salesforce, CRM, ERP, and Cloud technologies. The position requires a strong background in test management and execution across various testing phases. The successful candidate will lead testing efforts while ensuring adherence to best practices and quality assurance frameworks. This role is set to commence in April 2026 and is based in London with a hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience as a Test Manager on complex IT programmes.
  • Strong background delivering testing for Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or bespoke modules).
  • Broad experience across general IT delivery - integrations, CRM, ERP, cloud, digital, infrastructure, or transformation projects.
  • Experience leading test execution across System Testing, SIT, UAT, Regression, and Non-Functional Testing.
  • Excellent understanding of test governance, best practice and quality assurance frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience working in Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid environments.
  • A good knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Exceptional stakeholder and communication skills.
