Contract Test Manager / QA CoE Lead sought for an initial six month contract, outside IR35. This role require a weekly trip to Manchester offices. We're looking for a Test Manager who can build a QA Centre of Excellence and lead testing across major ERP programmes (SAP a bonus). You'll set the standards, drive improvements, rally the QA troops (no formal line management), and keep delivery sharp and disciplined. You'll need to be excellent at communicating in person and in your documentation. We are seeking someone who can bring people together, keep them informed and collaborate effectively. As well as someone who isn't afraid to call out issues. You'll need: Strong understanding of software development and QA methodologies. Experience with test automation tools and frameworks. Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail. Exceptional presentation skills. Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall and other project management methodologies. Proven experience in managing testing teams for medium to large-scale projects.
