Key Responsibilities:

• Lead global test planning, scheduling, and execution for operations functions within the Front to back testing framework.
• Define test scope and resource requirements for successful completion of testing phases.
• Establish and maintain robust defect management processes.
• Oversee test data preparation and validation to ensure data integrity for test scenarios.
• Coordinate with program management to align testing milestones with project deliveries.
• Drive metrics and communications to demonstrate testing progress, risks, and issues.
• Ensure clear traceability from requirements through to test execution and maintain accurate documentation across test phases.

Key Skills:

• Minimum of 10 years experience in program management or test management.
