Test Manager

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of business acceptance testing, from planning and preparation through execution and closure.
• Build clear, effective communication between testing teams and key stakeholders, including project managers, developers and business analysts.
• Monitor testing progress, track key quality metrics and manage the defect lifecycle to support transparency and timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and industry best practice, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to timelines and deliverables.
