Summary: The Test Manager role involves overseeing critical testing for a Rail ITSO tap and go solution, ensuring thorough and efficient processes. The position requires hands-on support due to the absence of a dedicated testing team and includes strategy development for future phases. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Testing Phase: Oversee and manage the entire testing phase, ensuring the process is both thorough and efficient.
• Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to reduce the testing period without compromising the quality of the outcomes.
• Risk Management: Ensure that robust risk management practices are in place and adhered to throughout the testing phase.
• Hands-on Testing Support: Provide hands-on testing support, as there is no dedicated testing team available.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the project team, who are currently handling the testing tasks.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with the delivery partner and the existing project team to ensure the safe and successful implementation of the software and hardware.
• Progress Reporting: Coordinate and report progress to the relevant stakeholders.
