Summary: The Test Manager will lead the testing strategy for a Microsoft Fabric Greenfield implementation, establishing best practices to ensure the delivery of a high-performance data platform. Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement a comprehensive test strategy for Microsoft Fabric and OneLake
• Lead test planning, execution, and reporting across data ingestion, transformation, and analytics pipelines
• Work closely with data engineers, SMEs, and business stakeholders to ensure quality and compliance
• Develop and automate data validation and reconciliation tests for a robust Medallion Architecture
• Establish and enforce best practices for data governance, lineage, and security testing
• Manage test environments, ensuring consistency and reliability across development cycles
• Drive performance testing, ensuring the Fabric platform meets business SLAs
• Champion test automation and CI/CD integration within Azure DevOps

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as a Test Manager in large-scale data platforms
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Azure Data Factory, and Delta Lake
• Hands-on experience with data testing automation
• Expertise in SQL, Python, PySpark, and cloud-based test automation
• Solid understanding of data governance, regulatory reporting, and risk controls
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments
