Summary: This Test Manager role operates under a hybrid work model, requiring on-site presence at the client location for approximately 4 to 6 days per month. The position demands extensive experience in testing and leadership within financial services, particularly in managing significant organizational change projects and ensuring compliance with governance documentation. The ideal candidate will also have a strong background in insurance testing and managing end-to-end journeys across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders and utilize influencing skills.
- Lead testing efforts with a minimum of 10 years of experience, including 5 years in leadership roles within financial services.
- Write key governance documentation and reporting.
- Work on significant organizational change projects.
- Engage proactively with third-party suppliers to ensure compliance with IMS standards.
- Deliver within both agile and waterfall frameworks.
- Mentor staff to enhance capability.
- Manage testing and processes for insurance end-to-end journeys and various channels.
- Oversee testing for new and existing claims.
- Handle financial separation programs and transformations related to insurance applications and infrastructure.
Key Skills:
