Summary: The role of Test Manager involves leading testing efforts for a significant IT project within a digital team, requiring extensive experience in test management and strategy. Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage the project Test Strategy.
• Oversee Test Planning, Test Execution, and Defect Management.
• Ensure production and maintenance of key test documents to agreed quality standards.
• Manage test activities both onsite and remotely.
• Collaborate with key business users and stakeholders.
• Drive the test function and work with IT vendors across the organization.
• Coach, train, and mentor peers on testing processes from setup to execution.
• Support the IT Project Manager and work closely with the IT Vendor team.

Key Skills:

• Strong experience in test management with at least 10 years in the industry.
• Experience in large and complex enterprise projects.
• Proficient in Test Strategy, Test Planning, Test Data, Test Scripting, Test Reporting, and Defect Management.
• Able to manage various types of testing including UAT, System Integration Testing, and End-to-End Testing.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Experience in industries such as automotive, automation, hardware, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or SAP systems is advantageous.
