- Plan, estimate, and oversee testing work, managing resources, risks, progress, reporting and defect management, while adapting activities based on results and introducing metrics to track quality and performance.

I'm currently partnering with a organisation who requires the support of a Test Manager across it's project teams for a website and applications revamp. In this role the Test Manager will take full ownership of the testing strategy and implementing a testing function whilst coordinating a 3rd party business partner.

- Plan, estimate, and oversee testing work, managing resources, risks, progress, reporting and defect management, while adapting activities based on results and introducing metrics to track quality and performance.
